I'd love to abandon the real world right now! Just ONE night, please! My 5month old little girl still wakes up every 2 -2.5hours and after 5 months of this, I'm TIRED and cranky! On top of this, I've got a cold. I just want a hot mug of tea, a good book and a warm bed for a couple days and I'll be as happy as a clam! How do you like to "manage" your colds?
While i think the new James Bond guy is good looking, he just isn't James Bond. James Bond is suave and classy, and this guy just isn't! He makes a good movie if you pretend it isn't a Bond flick! But to me, he just doesn't fit.
I love lying on a blanket at the park/beach with my toes in the grass/sand. Just watching the people and sneaking kisses w/o making a spectacle, not even speaking much, just being, together. I get a peaceful, warm feeling just thinking about it.
Daniel Craig, the current James Bond, isn't bad, either. The reviews of the new movie aren't that great, but the James Bond movies are just eye candy anyway.
Oh, my gosh, I just saw a picture of Mario Lopez on the beach the other day - oh, it suddenly got hot in here again! Any place will do, thank you very much
Oh, gosh, yes, especially after five or six hours of listening to my youngest whine about everything under the sun, the moon, the roof, the hhod, the kitchen cabinets....you get the picture.
Wow, these all sound so lovely! Romance is in the air! *sigh* Wouldn't it be great if we could just abandon the'real world' for just ONE day and do something like this?
Oooooh well, I will have to describe my fantasy "celeb" crush for my dream date! Where it would take place - wow, well, a secluded mountain cabin in the Sierras. Fire in fireplace, snow falling gently outside, candles everywhere. Perhaps some champagne but more likely a lovely merlot from Napa to sip. Soft, sensual jazzy music faintly in the background. Oh yeah.
The who. Well, since I am have multiple celeb crushes, I shamefully have a list! LOL
Viggo Mortenson. George Clooney. Ed Harris. Rob Thomas. Jet Li. Stephen Dillane. David O'Hara. The list goes on.....*sigh*
The where is easy - we have an arboreteum for one of the universities here. It is lovely, just picture perfect, a pond, breathtaking gardens, English style benches, lovely little meadow, ducks, swans, fish, turtles, cranes, lots of butterflies, perfect romantic fare.
The who is a little harder - Criss Angel because he is darkly sexy, mysterious and compelling; Will Smith and Brad Pitt because they, too have killer bodies, and are absolutely devoted to their wives and families - and really just how sexy is that? So very!
I'm with Lisa. I don't have a clue what a date is these days! It's been TOO long! With 4 kids, we do good to get to say hello some days. I'd love to be able to have a night with no kids, a nice dinner out and come home and watch a good movie(Not a blow up, shoot-em-up movie) on TV together!
My dream date would be to go out with my husband to nice dinner, dancing (which he doesn't do) and take a nice long walk afterward just holding hands and talking about our dreams for the future. I know its pretty corny but we are always parents first and couple second, one night would be nice.
