I agree about getting it for a teen. My daughter is starting to get acne and we'll do about anything to save her skin. Her dad has acne scars that he said he'd do anything to save his daughter from getting.
Took me awhile, I have had to think about this one and the closest I could come would be Baking Soda. It has so many uses, softens skin in the bath, helps with itching, used with shampoo it clarifies the hair.
Really, Lori? I seen it at CVS for $89. I don't mind saving to get it. I'm not the type to spurgle on beauty products but if you're praising the product I will get it! Thanks for the tip.
I just got my Zeno a couple of weeks ago, and it's done wonders for my pimples. I got it because, like internationallybeautiful said, hot compresses work-- so I was excited to try it. I love it!
I don't know if the Zeno actually workes. But I been told that putting hot compresses and the popping the pimple helps it heal faster so who knows. I never used one so I can't give you a review.
Nothing weird for me except my box of baking soda, which is ever useful. I also have a large aloe vera plant. Once you've used a fresh leaf for minor burns or scrapes, or for my ever present poison ivy in the summer, the stuff you buy just isn't the same.
Okay, I looked and I found absolutely nothing weird. A couple of years ago we grew luffa and I cut some in about inch-long pieces, placed them in muffin tins and poured in glycerin soap solution. It made some really weird looking soaps. I still have a few of those.
I use sissors to "shape" the peel and stick eyeshadow to fit my eyes! It works great. You do have to do some blending once you get it on, but it sure takes the guess work out of eyeshadow! lol
