If you mix some baking soda, epsom salts and sea salt together you can use it in your bath for a nice relaxing soak.  You can also add essential oils to it, just mix them with the epsom salts first.  Don't use a metal bowl or spoon because it causes some kind of chemical reaction.  If you want to make a lot at one time just add some glycerin to it so that it will stay pourable.

Mix your favorite body wash half and half with epsom salts for a salt scrub.
