Everyone so sorry for not posting any news lately but so much has been going on that I don't even know where to start. One we are moving to our new home in the next few weeks! I am excited because all the work that I had put in to keep things positive and encouging even if it felt like we was getting no where. More or less my face has cleared up better than anything. I have figured out what products work for me and what I should leave alone. My dream to be a business owner is still strong and I will be making it happen. Hope all is well. Sending love and abundance.

I was watching a YouTube Video and someone said that women who cake on makeup or even wear makeup have low self-esteem or don't have any confidence in themselves. In a sense that is stereotyping people. For me personally I don't mind going outside without makeup and there are some days I don't even go with makeup. So my question to everyone is "Why do you wear makeup?"
I went to Walmart and brought Cover Girl Eye Enhancers 1-kit Shimmering Onxy, Lash Blast in Black, Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner in Black Onxy. All three for $9, it was in a Clearance Section by the office supplies/cosmetics. I was happy that I got it, because I would like to try new things. I am excited so try them out and to post new pictures.
I went to Rite Aid and was looking for a makeup remover. I was thinking a moisturing remover. I picked up St Ives Olive Oil Cleanser. Boy, do I love it. I have a lot of waterproof mascara and this helped remove all of the traces of the mascara. YAY! It also provides moisture which I don't need, but after I use that I use my regular cleanser and that removes the oily residue. I also went in a brought some new makeup brushes and I will be using the eyeshadow brushes to work out my smokey eye look. Can't wait for you guys to see. I don't have any test labs to work on. lol. So I will be using myself or if my sister-in-law is up for trying makeup then I will work on her. Everything else is peachy! Hope everyone is great.
My first attemp on the smokey eye. I only own one eyeshadow brush and I think if I had different types of brushes this look would've came out better. I do love it though and would try it again.
I used Carry Along Shadow Kits Browny Points, Dream Cream, and Cloud Nine
Mineral Powder Natural Perfecting Concealer in Latte
I am so sorry for not posting anything lately. I just recently took a new job on and my life as been hectic! I still love this site! I just recently tried this new product from Chanel and love, love, love it! EXCEPTIONNEL DE CHANEL INTENSE VOLUME AND CURL MASCARA. I got a sample from Allure magazine. When I first opened the tube I notice the brushes was a mixed. It had those old fashion brush then it has the new brush mix together. The directions told me to apply it to the base of my lashes and then rotate it to get the full effect of the whole brush. The word intense is an understatement. It boosted my lashes so much that I forgot the whole idea of even trying false eyelashes. Now don't get me wrong I would try them but there is no need with the magnificent brush and formula! I recommend to go out and buy it, for about $30 its totally worth it. For me I am going to get the most out of this sample I got! Thanks Allure!
Since the last time I told you that I had Seborrheic Dermatitis and I had followed the over the counter directions and the results have been a success! I started off for a week washing my hair, ears, behind ears, eyebrows, and nose with Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment for Severe Dandriff Treatment everyday and leaving it in my hair for at least a minute. After conditioning my hair for five minutes using either Tresemme Flawless Curls Conditioner, Tresemme Deep Quench Conditioning Treatment, or Optimum Oil Therapy Ultimate Recovery Conditioner. Then I would use a wide tooth comb and combing the conditioner in my hair, rinse. I would towel dry my hair and reapply whichever conditioner I had used. Then lastly I applied Sulfa8 Medicated Original Formula Scalp Conditioner on my hairline and eyebrows twice a day (morning and night). I have not seen one flake since I started the experiment. The directions also stated that I should keep switching shampoo and conditioner so my hair can get repaired and protect from whatever damage it has caused so I've also been using Head & Shoulder Smooth & Silky Shampoo which also helps with the flakes.
Beside that exciting news, now that the flakes are gone, I notice I have more acne then I thought. My skin is still red, which I'm going to try Cortizone Cream and if that helps I may buy Aveeno Products to help it out ( I have tried Aveeno before and I loved it!) I wish I have pictures so show before and after, but I don't but I may post an after picture.
I also have new pictures of the girls up! Leon keeps Justice when he's home. I will soon though. The girls always have things to do like playdates and auditions for magazines and commercels. I usually get these pictures for their albums. I hope you enjoy!
I know I haven't been posting lately. Having a new baby and two other little ones, makes it kind of hard to get anytime online. Which is sometimes now. They are asleep at this time.
I went by the bookstore and I was just browsing haven't really went into the store to buy anything. I walked past this book called 5-Minute Face : The Quick and Easy Makeup Guide for Every Woman by Carmindy(What not to Wear). I looked throught the book and found some interesting things. I love how she organizes the book by skin tones, ages, and skin types. Carmindy also gives you looks and how to achieve the look. She even recommends what products to use in those catagories in the back of the book. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish she used more skin tones.
My most favoritve mostly made me give this book a A++! She really breaks down the step to giving you the flawless face you been looking for. Telling you how to precisely apply under-eye concealer and what happens if you you do it the other way (the "I never took my glasses off on vocation" look). Why everyone should use a highlighter and what it can do to your complexion. Okay enough telling you about the book. What you can do and go find it and read it! She details of how to apply makeup and the other tips. Hope you enjoy it!
I've was going through my makeup and these are my must-have products. This list may seem long, but I do have a lot of makeup and skin care products that I love and continue to buy.

NEW Makeup Brushes
I found this new Makeup Brush site that have great brushes next to MAC Cosmetics. Crown Brush are cheap and have varies of different types of brushes for everyone. To beginners to professionals. I recommend checking out the site. If you aren't a online shopper. They even have a catalog they can mail you.
I use to be embarrass to talk about my dry flaky skin around my hairline, eyebrows, nose, chin, and ears. Until I found out what it really is. Its called Seborrheic Dermatitis, which is the same as Dandruff, is also caused by overproduction of skin cells. I don't know if its genetic, but my aunt, mom, and grandmother have it as well.
All these years I've been treating the dry skin wrong. After some research (to see if I can treat this before seeing a dermatologist) I found out what can treat it, but not cure it.
The following over-the-counter treatments and self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis.
Shampoo daily. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo that contains selenium sulfide, tar, pyrithione zinc, salicylic acid or ketoconazole as the active ingredient. Use a different shampoo with varying active ingredients each week for three weeks. Then repeat the rotation.
Use an over-the-counter antifungal cream. Daily application of nonprescription clotrimazole (Lotrimin) may be helpful.
Apply an anti-itch cream or lotion to the affected area. A nonprescription hydrocortisone cream, containing at least 1 percent hydrocortisone, can temporarily relieve the itch.
Avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Be sure to rinse the soap completely off your body.
Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This will help you avoid irritation.
Avoid scratching whenever possible. Cover the itchy area with a dressing, if you can't keep from scratching it. Trim nails and wear gloves at night.
I just started the new regimen last night. I only gotten the shampoo, but I am working to get the other products that could help.
I have another blog that I have been working on since last year. Its still in the progress, but its up and running. Please check it out and I would love some positive feedback. If not, give me some pointers on what I can do. I also have a myspace page. I would appreciate it if I can get some request and some comments.
