My tape measure has to be broken. I have been walking for over a month now and it is still saying the same thing. The scales on the other hand are saying I have lost 20 pounds. Sometimes I think I see some results and other times I don't. Physically I am doing fine with all the things I am doing to lose weight and shape up. Mentally is another story. I am finding myself looking for excuses not to excercise. I definetly have a bad attitude toward it right now.
We have cut down on the lengh we walk each day, with the temps hitting 105 degrees and the heat index higher than that, by the time we can get out to walk it is really to late to do 6 miles. I will have the trampoline back up in a little over a week. We are moving and will have room for it. Think I will spend some time on it. I am also going to look for other things to keep the boredom down.

It's probably the fact that you have turned fat into MUSCLE and that's a good thing! We all have bad attitude days, just think positive thoughts when negative ones start taking over...it works, don't let it get you down, after all you are making strides.
